The behavioral aspects of a rape (you have to be sick anyway!) is not as important in my mind as the outcome of such behavior. I am all for outcome-based thinking. Animals will be animals but then do we whip them for being an animal or let them get away with it? Rape, molestation or sexual offences should be dealt with severity. But then, in India, as I'm sure with other parts of the world, the powerful will get away with it. Thats the unfortunate truth we need to live with.
